Delivery for businesses in Kenya

Pinned lets a business notify its customer by SMS, have them choose door delivery or collection, and collect the goods payment without the rider handling money.

How it works

Delivery for businesses in three steps

  1. 1

    Notify the customer

Add the receiver and the parcel. If you already have their address, it's priced on the spot.

  2. 2

    They choose and pay

Their link asks: a Pod, or their door. Delivery is paid now, on delivery, or covered by you.

  3. 3

Hand over to a verified rider

Write the code on the box. When a rider arrives, verify them, then hand it over. Track it live from your dashboard.

Good for

  • Online sellers taking orders on WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok
  • Parcel handlers and PSVs forwarding other people's parcels
  • Corporates with many branches and staff

Questions about delivery for businesses

Who pays for delivery?

You choose per parcel: the receiver pays now, the receiver pays when the rider arrives, or your business covers it.

Can my customer pay for the goods on delivery?

Yes. They pay you directly — by till, paybill, send money, Pochi or bank. The rider never handles the money and confirms it at handover.

What if I already know the customer's address?

Choose 'I have their address' and the delivery is priced straight away. Their link opens on the last step: confirm, then pay or accept the trip.

Can I manage branches and staff?

Yes. Business accounts have branches, staff with permissions, delivery bills or earnings, and a live dashboard of every parcel.
