    Their Pod or their door, then size and speed. Pay with M-Pesa.

    We text you when the rider is near. Check it's them before you hand it over.

How do I know the rider is genuine?

We tell you who is coming. Check it's them before handing over the parcel.

Can the rider deliver straight to the door?

Yes — Pickup → Door goes from you to your receiver's door. Pickup → Pod lets them collect at a Pod with a PIN.
